All season ticket holders are required to tick a box on renewal online to say they accept the new terms and conditions which say: “Failure to attend more than 7 Premier League games may result in the Club withdrawing your season ticket. Utilising the Official Ticket Exchange or Official Ticket Transfer will constitute as attending.”

The 7 is way too low (I would set it at around 12 to 15) but at least it's a start. More than Arsenal have ever done.
If the club gave you a better price for the buy back then more people would be encouraged to do it.

NS the touts are doing well over there.
This is due to lots of people turning up on the day on the off chance of getting in.
Mostly foreigners.You'd be surprised how difficult it is to get a ticket from the club on the day of a game,especially if you aren't registered with club

how does that work?
apparently the club has been using video to check if seats are being left empty. there's been a few people who have been cheeky and bought 1 adult and 2 kids tickets in the 1k seats, then bought 2 of the band 5 400 tickets, going through the turnstiles with their band 5s then sitting in the kids 1k seats, basically paying 2k for 3k worth of seats. One lot have already been caught out as the band 5 sat hadn't been sat in all seasons.

Oops, meant to add, it's beneficial to the st holder that if it's not used it's sold on. Not just financially for the ST holder but other WHU fans that want to go.
We've had loads of empty seats at times and people have moaned, so the club respond with this and people moan?
